How Separation from the Divine Destroys Society and What We Can do About It

Today’s world is disordered and tainted by corruption. Human activity is destroying the environment and creating a world in which the powerful and wealthy can exploit the weak and the poor. This is a world where materialism reigns supreme and where people feel further and further alienated from one another and from God.

A fundamental misunderstanding of God is at the root of this discord. We’ve lost sight of the spiritual realm because of our preoccupation with the physical. We’ve lost sight of what’s truly important in life in our relentless pursuit of material success and political dominance. Since we started prioritizing our own wants and needs, we have lost sight of the value of relationships with others.

As a result, people all over the world are growing further and further apart from each other and from God. We have lost sight of the value of community and connection in favor of pursuing our own narrow interests. We’ve lost sight of what’s truly important in life in our relentless pursuit of material success and political dominance. We’ve lost sight of the spiritual realm in favor of the material.

Because of people’s disconnection from God, corruption and greed have become epidemic. We need to catch up on the value of fairness and justice in favor of satisfying our own wants and needs. The pursuit of material success and political power has led us to overlook the value of selflessness and dedication to others. We have neglected spiritual development and enlightenment in favor of our pursuit of material success.

The only way out of this corrupt and chaotic world is to rediscover our spiritual roots. Kindness and compassion are essential, as are fairness and justice, modesty and service, and spiritual development and enlightenment. Remembering the value of relationships and the need to protect the weak and the poor is essential. Understanding our role in the cosmos and our obligation to preserve it are concepts we must never forget.

We can build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world by mending our spiritual disconnections. Together, we can build a better world in which people feel a deeper sense of community and spirituality, and where altruism and altruism triumph over selfishness and greed. We have the power to make this world one in which environmental protection and social justice flourish side by side. We have the power to make this world one where everyone prospers and feels appreciated and respected.
